We’re now looking for a Business Development & Contract Manager to help grow our client base and strengthen our commercial operations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Monitor industry developments and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Skills
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the security industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce software for managing client relationships and sales processes. .
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
